Travel with us! We are seeking experienced Small Animal Veterinarians to join our Travelling Veterinarian program.

Our full-time Traveling Veterinarian positions come with 12 weeks of unpaid vacation per year because our full-time Traveling Veterinarians work 3 weeks on 1 week off throughout the year. This typically unfolds as 40 hours per week over 5 days on the weeks they are scheduled to work.

Our full-time Traveling Veterinarian total compensation packages also include a $3000 CE Allowance, a Clothing Allowance of $150 per year, a VIN license, Paid Annual Licensing Fees, and a Pet Discount.

We also have part-time Traveling Veterinarian positions that work 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, or 1 week on / 3 weeks off. However, these part-time Traveling Veterinarians are not eligible for the health benefits as our insurance policy terms with Manulife require an average of 30 hours per week at minimum to qualify for health benefits.

As a Travelling Veterinarian you’ll be provided full support for your personal, financial and professional growth through:

  • Competitive salary
  • 12 weeks vacation per year as part of 3-week-on-1-week-off schedule
  • $3000 CE Allowance
  • Travel and accommodation costs covered
  • Comprehensive health benefits package, complete with professional services cover, a Health Care Spending Allowance, and a P3 Pawsitive Lifestyle allowance
  • Enhanced Mental Health Practitioner Coverage and Employee Assistance Program
  • RRSP Matching
  • Paid Licensing and Membership Due
  • Professional liability insurance coverage
  • Access to P3 Learning and the P3 Medical Advisory Board with our growing network of doctors and specialists
