Job Description
<p><p>Brandt is currently seeking a Training Coordinator for our Saskatoon location.</p><p>This position is responsible for the growth of the Operator Safety Training business in the Saskatchewan region.</p>
<h3>Duties & Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Administration of sales processes and certificate issuing</li>
<li>Keep current on clients' business activities and needs</li>
<li>Educate and advise clients by understanding their needs and recommending customized training solutions from our safety, compliance, and workforce development programs.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Regularly prospect and cold call new clients to discuss new promotions and program</li>
<li>Develop marketing and promotion strategies for the designated region</li>
<li>Prepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow‑up, and prospect reports as required</li>
<li>Coordinate the delivery of ongoing local product knowledge and application training</li>
<li>Handle all training inquiries for the Operator Safety training business line in the region and book/assign applicable courses via the Learning Management Systems (LMS)</li>
<li>Develop and coordinate with customers the training schedule for regional training centers and coordinate in‑class, on‑site training sessions.</li>
<li>Manage and process payments in accordance with company procedures</li>
<li>Other duties as required</li>
