Trusted around the world.</p><p>We are a values-based organization that thrives on collaboration.  Whether on a farm, production line, or in an office environment, team members embrace accountability and a continuous improvement mindset to drive sustained business growth.</p><p>Join us and be part of an exciting journey where your talent and passion can make a real impact!</p>About this opportunity:<p>The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivery and coordination of training programs at Canada Packers-Hog Production in Manitoba and Saskatchewan hog facilities.</p>Responsibilities:<ul><li><p>Provides training and coaching on all aspects of swine production including but not limited to Food Safety and Animal Welfare</p></li><li><p>Coordination and maintenance of training records</p></li><li><p>Completion of Trainer and Trainer assessment reports</p></li><li><p>Track and monitor success and completion of training programs</p></li><li><p>Maintains and ensures program is effective and updates where applicable</p></li><li><p>Provides recruitment support for all Foreign Recruitment Initiatives</p></li><li><p>On farm evaluations.</p></li></ul>Skills & Experience:<p><em><strong>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application. Proof of eligibility may be requested during the recruitment process.</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Post-secondary education in the field of animal husbandry</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years’ experience in swine production</p></li><li><p>Must have experience in sow, nursery/finisher phase</p></li><li><p>Must possess excellent skills in:</p><ul><li><p>Problem-solving and analytics</p></li><li><p>Organization and time management</p></li><li><p>Oral and written communication</p></li><li><p>MS computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities and complex tasks simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Possess full, valid driving license.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel within Manitoba and Saskatchewan, including periods of up to 4 consecutive nights away from home<br><br>We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
