We offer competitive wages, work / life balance, great opportunity for advancement, training, benefits and RRSP plan.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Restoration scopes of work</li><li>Some carpentry work, including framing</li><li>Drywalling</li><li>Flooring removal and installation</li><li>Finishing work</li><li>Painting</li><li>Project quality management</li><li>General site housekeeping</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Previous restoration experience is required</li><li>Removal experience for commercial and residential scopes</li><li>Carpentry / framing experience<br /></li><li>Drywalling experience</li><li>Flooring install experience</li><li>Painting experience</li><li>Ability to work long hours (10+ hour days) outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Physical able to perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving heavy materials up to 50lbs</li><li>Working understanding of site hazard assessments and able to complete daily safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Be fit for duty and prepared for work each day</li><li>Positive attitude / team player</li><li>Strong communication / listening skills and ability to follow direction</li></ul></p></p>
