We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Trade Marketing Coordinator who is excited to play a key role in our continued success.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry, combined with a strong understanding of the retail environment. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the success of the sales team, actively contributing to in-store and online promotional campaigns, workshops, webinars, sampling events and tradeshows. They will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support and execute a variety of initiatives.

This role requires a strong project manager with excellent communication skills. This is primarily a remote position, but occasional visits may be required to our Toronto office and other partners in the Greater Toronto Area. Responsibilities: Actively monitor the trade marketing inbox and manage incoming requests from retail partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate with trade marketing, sales team, and retail partners to ensure that promotional campaigns are effectively implemented on time. Categorize and prioritize requests based on urgency and relevance, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Draft and deliver clear, detailed creative briefs to the graphic design and copywriting team that outline the objectives, target audience, required deliverables, and deadlines.

Source of point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and other marketing collateral for retail stores. Organize documentation related to FDM accounts ensuring that promotional applications are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a library of trade marketing assets, ensuring all materials are easily accessible for future use.

Keep track of trade show materials and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all necessary items are accurately packed and labelled for each event. Attend tradeshows to support the set-up/tear-down process and to engage with key stakeholders. Involvement with other trade marketing initiatives such as brand partnerships, email and digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or business. Preferred background: Knowledge or experience in nutrition is a plus. Experience: A few years in trade marketing, sales, or a related field.

Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with the retail environment is essential. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
