Tirecraft is a proudly Canadian owned and operated expert in tires and tire services. We are presently seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Tire Mounter in our Distribution Centre. We are looking for someone who is hard working (must be able to lift 100lbs frequently) and has a willingness to learn. Although this position is mounting tires, please note that the task is repetitive in nature and will be performed throughout the entire shift. Training will be provided. We are growing and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of people enthusiastic about the industry.

Responsibilities
 
  • Visually inspect all machinery and equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Mount, lift, and stack tires (50-100lbs)
  • Dismount/mount Commercial and AG Truck Tires
  • Tire pressing
  • Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
  • Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork

Qualifications
 
  • Forklift license is an asset; will train otherwise
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Physically fit, must be able to lift up to 100lbs
  • Comfortable with giving Team Members direction, and coaching
  • Previous experience with commercial tires is an asset, but not required
