The Lube Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all services are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance tasks.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.</li><li>Assist with heavy lifting as needed during vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques to enhance service quality.</li><li>Support sales efforts by promoting additional services or products that may benefit the customer.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.</li><li>Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.</li><li>Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing tasks.</li><li>A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the automotive field.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
