The role ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of RF products while supporting engineering, test, and production teams.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain automated test software for RF products.<br></li><li>Implement and validate RF functional and performance tests (e.g., power, sensitivity, linearity, gain, noise).<br></li><li>Execute measurements using RF instruments: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters.<br></li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize test coverage and efficiency.<br></li><li>Provide support and continuous improvement of test systems and scripts.<br></li><li>Participate in technical reviews and product transfer meetings.<br></li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).<br></li><li>7 years of experience in RF testing and instrumentation.<br></li><li>Basic programming skills in Python or other scripting languages, with a strong motivation to expand automation expertise.<br></li><li>Understanding of RF measurement principles and signal analysis.<br></li><li>Familiarity with electronic boards (schematic reading, diagnostics, testing).<br></li><li>Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with our international team<br></li></ul>
