Outside Sales Manager – Fine Wine Sector (Hybrid, Niagara-on-the-Lake)
We are partnering with a prestigious Niagara-based winery group undergoing exciting expansion, including the launch of new brands. As they strengthen their presence in Ontario and explore new markets, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead outside sales initiatives.
In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with their Ontario agency, focusing on Toronto and Ottawa, while independently driving sales in other channels, including corporate, licensees, and new provincial markets. You’ll play a key role in strategy, client relationships, performance tracking, and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in fine wine sales and people management
- Strong background in sales strategy, reporting, and P&L oversight
- Experience with LCBO, licensees, and DTC channels
- Proactive, analytical, and results-driven
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship skills
