We’re Hiring: Territory Manager – Western Canada
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee the Western Canada region, including Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northern United-States.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing sales, supporting distribution partners and OEM accounts, and introducing new products to the market.
This role plays a key part in expanding market share and profitability within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote products to existing customers by highlighting their features and benefits.
- Drive business development by working with OEM accounts and distributors to grow sales and reach new end-users.
- Participate in the development of new products, promotions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate on pricing and sales terms using available financial tools and support from the sales manager.
- Follow up on customer orders and manage product claims and complaints.
- Present annual territory budgets and update monthly sales forecasts.
- Travel throughout the territory as needed to support business objectives.
- Accurately process pricing documents to support the customer service team.
- Submit monthly reports detailing market activity and business development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with antitrust and competition regulations in all market activities.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial product sales.
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
