We’re Hiring: Territory Manager – Western Canada

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee the Western Canada region, including Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northern United-States.


The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing sales, supporting distribution partners and OEM accounts, and introducing new products to the market.

This role plays a key part in expanding market share and profitability within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Promote products to existing customers by highlighting their features and benefits.
  2. Drive business development by working with OEM accounts and distributors to grow sales and reach new end-users.
  3. Participate in the development of new products, promotions, and trade shows.
  4. Collaborate on pricing and sales terms using available financial tools and support from the sales manager.
  5. Follow up on customer orders and manage product claims and complaints.
  6. Present annual territory budgets and update monthly sales forecasts.
  7. Travel throughout the territory as needed to support business objectives.
  8. Accurately process pricing documents to support the customer service team.
  9. Submit monthly reports detailing market activity and business development efforts.
  10. Ensure compliance with antitrust and competition regulations in all market activities.


Qualifications

  1. 5-7 years of experience in industrial product sales.
  2. University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  3. Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  4. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
