Our client, a leading medical device company specializing in aesthetic and medical treatment systems, is seeking a bilingual Territory Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for lead generation and sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed individual & team goals across all product lines on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Exceed minimum high activity expectations on a daily/weekly basis
  • Help district exceed quota
  • Cultivate new sales for the district through new & existing accounts with a high emphasis on cold calling and new customer acquisition
  • Assist District Sales Manager’s sales efforts as required
  • Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis
  • Attend company workshops, training events & support customer events


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years in a field sales position; capital equipment sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling aesthetic capital equipment or energy-based devices an asset
  • Ability to influence and build effective relationships with team members in other functional areas
  • Passionate, self-starter who drives high performance within organization and consistently deliver on commitments
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to take a complicated process and simplify it to drive sales
  • Hunter mentality
  • Polished interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of sales growth and success
  • Requires travel of 50 – 70%
