<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the delivery of technical services and supervise field service personnel</li>
<li>Coach and mentor Field Service Technicians to enhance their skills and performance</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues and handle technical escalations effectively</li>
<li>Conduct training on technical procedures and promote service excellence</li>
<li>Manage tools and parts consignment to ensure accountability and efficiency</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Associates or technical degree preferred in an engineering or related field plus 4 years of field service experience or related technical experience</li>
<li>Previous supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>2 years as a System Specialist or equivalent experience in coaching and mentoring</li>
<li>Proficiency in standard tools including electronic evaluation equipment and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Above-average skills in team building, problem solving, and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong time management abilities</li>
<li>Experience in customer-focused roles to drive satisfaction</li>
</ul>
