Job Description
<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of a Technical Sales Manager, for full-time employment.</p>
<p>You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities :</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and support sales team members, suggest solutions to enhance work organization for team,</li>
<li>Liaise with sales team members and colleagues from other departments,</li>
<li>Coordinate customers’ technical and non-technical issues,</li>
<li>Identify opportunity to improve sales, review and verify sales contracts,</li>
<li>Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone,</li>
<li>Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials,</li>
<li>Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans.</li>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Capability to take decisions on your own,</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside Quebec</li>
<li>Acceptable written and spoken French,</li>
<li>Technical and business awareness,</li>
<li>Ability to independently learn new products and technologies,</li>
<li>Excellent management skills.</li>
</ul>
<p>Knowledge of other languages, and software programming skills are all considered advantages, but are not required.</p></p>
