<p>Our client, an experienced company in the industrial sector is looking for a Technical Lead to guide a complex project, leading teams through the decommissioning of IT assets including SaaS, COTS, custom apps, and data platforms.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a 12-month contract will potential to extend, hybrid in Vancouver. We've placed multiple resources with this client who have extended multiple times. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical initiatives to retire IT resources and manage data migration/archival.</li><li>Translate complex technical concepts into actionable work for teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure alignment with ITSM, CMDB, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration.</li><li>Support capability mapping and rationalization to inform decision-making.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience leading technical teams with strong emotional intelligence.</li><li>Hands-on experience in IT asset decommissioning and data migration strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Scrum/Agile, and project management practices.</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing tactical and strategic work.</li><li>Mining systems and operational technology experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Systems architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps/CI-CD, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), configuration management.</p><p><br></p><p>Apply today to get the conversation started.</p>
