Service desk experience rewarded
Use best practices to directly resolve customer issues while maintaining troubleshooting documentation. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:
Resolve issues with technology through one-on-one interactions

Troubleshoot a variety of first-level IT support issues on different platforms and programs

Answer questions and provide advice by phone, email or chat

Advanced troubleshooting on common issues, trend analysis and documentation

What we’re looking for:
Friendly attitude and a focus on customer care

Organized multi-tasker able to work independently

A comprehensive understanding of technical terminology and concepts

Relationship-builder with a desire to refine existing leadership skills

What you’ll need:
A diploma or certificate in a computer-related field and at least two years of service desk or call centre experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

In-depth knowledge of common software and operating systems

Exceptional commitment to customer service

ITIL V3 Foundations certification
