SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Typical work day- working on inquiries, e-mail and duplicate tax receipts request. The actual mailing of the tax slips must be done at the office location. Looking at 5x a week going into the office and may change based on volume of request. They have to meet SLA’s and think quickly on their feet.

Accuracy is very important. Investigation is very important. They have to be a detective in a sense. Very good customer service skills.

Ability to balance or multi-task. Any knowledge of registered products and any tax knowledge.

• Assist with tax inquiries from front office partners and clients

• Issue slips based on book of records you oversee

• Book of records may not be accurate so the individual will be amending or issuing slips, attention to detail and accuracy is very important in this role



MUST HAVE:

• Great communication (written and verbal)

• Analytic, attention to detail


• Problem solving

• Time management skills

• MS office (basic excel) (ex. using stats, calculations)

• Works well under stress and tight deadlines in fast paced environment


• Call center experience 1+ years

• Canadian Tax or registered products knowledge or experience 1+ years

• Understanding of the security market (trading market) (bonds, stocks, dividends and distributions paid)

• Exceptional Customer service skills (3+ years’ experience)



NICE TO HAVE:

Banking or financial experience is an asset


EDUCATION: – Post-secondary education asset. New Graduate with Business degree is beneficial.
