You will provide leadership, mentor junior tax professionals, and develop strategies to optimize tax planning for clients.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead the <b>preparation and review of tax returns</b> for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals.</li><li>Provide <b>tax planning and advisory services</b> to high-net-worth individuals and businesses.</li><li>Ensure compliance with <b>federal and state tax regulations</b>.</li><li>Oversee <b>QuickBooks financial management</b> and maintain accurate tax records.</li><li>Train and mentor junior tax professionals.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering financial insights and tax strategies.</li><li>Identify opportunities for <b>process improvement</b> and implement best practices.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements:</h3><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li><b>Active CPA license</b> required.</li><li><b>8+ years of tax experience</b> in public accounting.</li><li>Extensive experience with <b>corporate, partnership, and individual tax filings</b>.</li><li>Strong expertise in <b>QuickBooks</b> and tax preparation software.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the potential for <b>future partnership</b> within the firm.</li></ul></p>
