<p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Lawyer to join our in-house legal and finance team in a full time remote capacity. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on corporate tax matters, cross-border structuring, regulatory compliance, and transfer pricing for a global business. You will support strategic decision-making across business units and help ensure the group’s operations remain aligned with international tax frameworks and best practices.</p><h3>Overview</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Tax Advisory & Structuring</b></li></ul><ul><li>Provide legal advice on corporate tax planning, including international structuring, intercompany transactions, and financing arrangements.</li><li>Support the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures for holding, financing, and intellectual property operations across jurisdictions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management</b></li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with international tax regulations including BEPS, FATCA, CRS, DAC6, and related disclosure obligations.</li><li>Identify tax risks, advise on mitigation strategies, and maintain internal compliance frameworks.</li><li>Represent the company in discussions with tax authorities regarding audits, rulings, or regulatory changes.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Transfer Pricing Oversight</b></li></ul><ul><li>Maintain transfer pricing policies in line with OECD Guidelines.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and review of master files, local files, and benchmarking reports.</li><li>Assist in the defense of transfer pricing positions during reviews or audits.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with legal, finance, treasury, and business operations to ensure tax matters are integrated into corporate strategy.</li><li>Translate complex tax rules into practical guidance for business leaders and operational teams.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Tax Law , International Taxation , or a related field.</li><li>2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm, tax advisory, or in-house corporate tax role.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Dutch corporate tax law, including tax treaties and substance requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with EU tax directives, advance ruling procedures, and cross-border compliance frameworks.</li><li>Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment and managing multiple tasks.</li></ul></p>Create Your Resume First
