As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to help us identify and attract top-tier accounting professionals, including CPAs and Accounts Payable specialists, in Canada and the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for various accounting roles, focusing on CPAs and Accounts Payable specialists.
- Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Process Management: Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage the candidate experience to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or education in recruiting (ideally for accounting and finance roles, but willingness to learn and personality is the most important)
- Familiarity with the Canadian job markets, including an understanding of local employment practices and cultural nuances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
