<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for both contract and salaried positions. This includes developing and posting job requisitions, managing the Applicant Tracking System, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. The role also involves processing candidates through the recruitment workflow, facilitating offers of employment, and supporting onboarding processes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute all facets of the hiring process, including developing job requisitions and postings.</li><li>Manage the Applicant Tracking System and website postings.</li><li>Screen candidates, facilitate candidate communications, and schedule interviews and technical tests.</li><li>Facilitate employment offers, including conducting background checks.</li><li>Ensure the payroll team receives necessary onboarding information.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, workflows, and legal regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve the organization&#39;s operations.</li><li>Process documentation for internal employee moves.</li><li>Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li><li>Strong human resources management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li><li>Experience with Jobvite or similar ATS.</li><li>University degree or college diploma in a relevant field.</li><li>CHRP certification in progress.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in full-cycle recruiting.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>The role is based in an on-site office setting within a manufacturing environment.
