Job Responsibilities



  • Monitoring stock levels and approaching liquor boards to order more when appropriate.

  • Liaising with key contacts from the LCBO and other liquor boards on any issues, concerns, upcoming programming etc.

  • Entering orders into Netsuite as they come in and coordinating pickup appointments appropriately, including following up with carriers if pickups get missed.

  • Coordinating product moves from our various warehouses to help out with upcoming production, or moving product to the office for other team members.

  • Fulfilling orders in Netsuite in a timely manner to ensure month‑end financial reporting is on time.

  • Proactively identify any stock issues and discuss upcoming production with the Operations team to ensure we are properly stocked, close inventory gaps.

  • Work cross functionally with the sales and marketing teams to inform them of warehouse supply, and product availability for samplings.

  • Work with the finance team to help ensure orders are fulfilled and invoiced appropriately.
