We believe shopping for healthy foods and supplements should be fun That's why we're looking for a customer-focused, sales savvy, people loving human to join our crew</em></p><p>You would be the perfect fit for this role if you:</p><ul><li>Love chatting with people and making them feel heard (certified people-person)</li><li>Get excited about health, food and natural living</li><li>Have retail, sales, or customer service experience (or a genuine willingness to learn)</li><li>Are a team player who can keep things fun and get things done</li><li>Are reliable, upbeat, and ready to be part of something meaningful</li></ul><p>What you will be doing:</p><ul><li>Help create a fun, welcoming vibe for customers and other team members</li><li>Helping customers find the right products and provide knowledge to support their wellness journey</li><li>Have the ability to walk customers through different choices of products while educating them on the product uses and helping them select the best product for their needs</li><li>Developing relationships with customers by providing memorable service</li><li>Merchandising new and existing product</li><li>Cleaning and organization of the wellness department</li><li>Being an ally and leader in the overall team</li><li>Regular attendance to really cool product education seminars</li></ul><p>"If you can laugh together, you can work together." – Robert Orben</p><p>We are a diverse group of people working towards a common goal. (This course can be provided if you are not currently not certified )</li><li>Previous retail or sales experience in the natural health food industry.</li><li>Minimum 2 years customer service experience with strong references.</li><li>Saturday Availability.</li></ul><p>Ready to join the fun?
