JOB DESCRIPTION

Dedicated and customer-focused professional with proven leadership experience in the fast-paced food service industry. Experienced in training staff, handling cash and inventory, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and ensuring efficient shift operations. REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and support team members.
  • Experience in training and coaching staff to meet performance and service standards.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to ensure a friendly, welcoming, and efficient guest experience at all times.
  • Able to manage day-to-day store operations including shift scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring food safety compliance.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, and drive-thru operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
