The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Amico Affiliates is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Subcontracts Administrator to join the ECWE-SRS project team. The successful candidate will support the procurement, administration, and management of subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms, timelines, and project requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and subcontractors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Administer and manage subcontract agreements from issuance through closeout.</li><li>Prepare, review, and process subcontract documents, change orders, and amendments.</li><li>Track subcontractor deliverables, milestones, and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Liaise with project management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive records of subcontract activities, correspondence, and documentation.</li><li>Monitor subcontractor performance and assist in resolving issues or disputes.</li><li>Support bid preparation and evaluation of subcontractor proposals when required.</li><li>Ensure adherence to corporate policies, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in construction management, business administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in subcontract administration within construction projects, preferably in commercial or institutional sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of subcontracting processes, contract terms, and project documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What Amico Can Offer You:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Employer Matching Retirement Program</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>At Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
