As a family-owned and operated business since 1974 we want you to feel valued and welcomed within our diverse and inclusive team.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><b>What Youll Do : Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Build, guide, train and develop an engaged team to deliver high levels of customer service and business results fueled by a positive store culture.</li><li>Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on store initiatives.</li><li>Maintain a complete team actively working with the recruitment team in the hiring process.</li></ul><p><b>Mentorship</b></p><ul><li>Coach, mentor and develop staff for future growth.</li><li>Conduct annual staff evaluations with store team and coach to improve any performance gaps.</li><li>Lead effective meetings / coaching sessions keeping the team well informed of pertinent information.</li></ul><p><b>Operations</b></p><ul><li>Drive continuous improvement in processes, procedures and productivity.</li><li>Effective store scheduling to support business operations.</li><li>Identify areas of growth within store operations to help ensure targets are achieved.</li><li>Responsible for managing store cycle count process and ensure compliance on OH&S policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><b>Customer Service</b></p><ul><li>Ensure customer needs are met and the service provided by the store team is friendly, efficient and accurate.</li><li>Respond to customer complaints in a timely, appropriate and professional manner.</li><li>Ensure that all products and displays in the store are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.</li></ul><h3>Do you fit the part</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business.</li><li>Ability to lead be example and develop a team.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management abilities.</li><li>Ability to produce results while maintaining a positive team environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once.</li></ul><p><b>Apply now and join our family today!</b></p><p>At Lordco Auto Parts we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
