Title: Storage Engineer

Job Description:

- 10+ years enterprise-level experience supporting SAN, NAS, and backup technologies in banking environments

- Strong troubleshooting skills in low-latency, high-availability infrastructures

- Hands-on experience with EMC, NetApp, PureStorage, or equivalent enterprise storage platforms

- Backup infrastructure support (e.g., Commvault, NetBackup, Rubrik)

- Familiarity with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, multipathing, zoning, and LUN provisioning

- Proactive incident and problem management (ITIL-aligned)

- Able to assist in project deployments, migrations, and firmware upgrades

- Experience in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) desirable

- Clear communication skills for working with operations, vendors, and internal customers
