<h3>The Impact You Will Have</h3>
<p>As a Sr. Red Hat Technical Architect, you will help customers realize the value of the extended Red Hat platform and act as the chief evangelist for Red Hat technologies within Softchoice. You will represent Softchoice to Red Hat partner and field teams, aligning value propositions to deliver world‑class services and expand our customer portfolio.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and develop complex customer solutions based on Red Hat technologies</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal technologists to deliver end‑to‑end infrastructure and software solutions</li>
<li>Provide pre‑sales support to the sales organization and our customers</li>
<li>Possess a high degree of Red Hat portfolio knowledge, understanding how to position the value of Red Hat solutions</li>
<li>Know Red Hat pricing programs, buying vehicles, policies, and product promotions</li>
<li>Manage pipeline activities, tracking and forecasting sales opportunities</li>
<li>Analyze sales participation and suggest opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Maintain up‑to‑date Red Hat sales and technical certifications and attend related meetings, training, and events</li>
<li>Work closely with Red Hat Sales, Softchoice Sales, and Distribution to scale without disrupting day‑to‑day processes</li>
<li>Develop weekly and monthly program reporting for senior leadership</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You'll Bring To The Table</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of direct sales or pre‑sales experience in the technology industry</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to large groups</li>
<li>University degree or college diploma preferred</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)</li>
<li>Experience working with a technology reseller across multiple hardware and software vendors</li>
<li>Multiple technical certifications for Red Hat required</li>
</ul>
