WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of benefits services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees on benefits-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Benefits Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations in HRIS and vendor systems.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers. Monitor vendor performance and service levels; escalate issues and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate annual renewals, plan updates. Review and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy before approval.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software specifically workday.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
