Sustained Business Optimization (SBO) is a small, multi-disciplinary team at Enbridge which helps accelerate value capture through building capabilities, fostering and facilitating cross-group collaboration and supporting key business initiatives. We are looking for a Senior Analyst SBO who will assist with outreach to key stakeholders, documentation, and analysis of more complex issues requiring guidance by senior level roles. What You Will Do: Coordinate and manage activities in support of the SBO Capability Building Programs. Develop a keen understanding of the three programs the SBO administers to serve as a key point of contact for questions and information.
Management of communication tools and activities, including ELink, Teams channels, Yammer content, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Coordinate and prepare status reports and regular updates. Liaise with key stakeholders to gather and analyse data and information. Support the planning and development of activities related to workshops, events or other engagement opportunities.
Administration of budget processes and progress. Maintain effective working relationships with various internal departments and groups across the organization. Who You Are: Related university degree or technical diploma with 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience. Organized with strong data analysis and skills using various software programs and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint).
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and integrity. Results oriented with sound business judgment. Logical thinker with the ability to capture processes and identify and/or fill gaps.
Ability to work independently and at pace. Adaptable and reactive; has the personal flexibility to embrace frequent change.
