You will work in collaboration with the Manager, Marketing & Communications to successfully lead Liberty Mutual Canada’s internal communications efforts across a broad range of channels. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and leaders to facilitate change management and communicate key messages across our organization in support of our strategic objectives, while connecting with global communications teams to align on overarching priorities and strategic messaging. You will explore the use of emerging technologies, like generative AI, as well as recommend other best practices and process improvements in order to improve the communications experience for our teams.Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Liberty Mutual Canada’s internal communication efforts on a broad range of internal priorities by planning, researching, writing, editing, proofreading, coordinating translations, and posting across various internal channels.

Examples of content include internal news stories, speaking notes, promotional materials, newsletters, blogs, videos, presentations and more.Work with the key internal stakeholders to align, incorporate, facilitate, and communicate key messages across the organization in support of strategic objectives.Lead coordination of content and editing for internal corporate events and presentations.Manage the annual communications calendar that outlines, summarizes, and prioritizes communication deliverables.Develop and manage content for Liberty Mutual Canada’s internal communication channels and drive adoption of internal platforms. Support updates, create content, and drive adoption of various internal communication channels. Monitor activity and determines metrics and reporting to evaluate engagement. Collaborate with global communications and marketing teams to support the development and promotion of Canadian content across the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Advanced level of both English and French communication skills (verbal and written) is strongly preferred.Post secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in communications or marketing, with focus on content creation.Self-starter with a forward-thinking and innovative mindset.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), content management systems (WordPress/Drupal), and email marketing tools (ExactTarget)Graphic design experience considered an asset.
