<p><h3>Specialist, Experiential – TaylorMade Golf Company</h3><h3>Position Summary</h3>
<p>The Experiential Specialist is a newly created position responsible for providing internal and external support for all Experiential program initiatives. The role works closely with the Experiential Manager to deliver a robust custom fitting training program and content for commercial retailers and Greengrass partners, while managing inventory and distribution of all necessary field tools, resources, and equipment to ensure successful execution of Experiential events and activities.</p>
<h3>Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and execute comprehensive custom fitting training programs, focusing on Greengrass and strategic retailer in‑person fitter education.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and standardization of the fitting process to ensure a consistent and high‑quality fitting experience across all touchpoints.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create, maintain, and distribute marketing materials—including event posters and promotional assets—to support Experiential and Tour Experience events.</li>
<li>Provide responsive support to Experiential Representatives, Leads, Fitters, and Sales Reps in the field, including managing demo fitting matrices and addressing daily inquiries.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage inventory levels and coordinate distribution of all supportive field tools, including marketing items for both internal fitters and external fitting partners.</li>
<li>Manage the allocation and servicing of field launch monitors, including coordination of repairs and maintenance.</li>
<li>Partner with IT to support and implement updates to the myFittingExp application, attending weekly meetings to ensure accurate training documents, troubleshooting, and correct reporting procedures are communicated to the team.</li>
<li>Deliver a tour‑caliber golf club fitting experience using TaylorMade fitting methods, equipment, and technology.</li>
<li>Support the Tour Experience program through inventory reconciliation, product returns, calendar oversight, vehicle maintenance records, and related administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Attend and support large format fitting events, including Tour Van fitting events.</li>
<li>Support growth of premium golf ball through hosting peak season activations.</li>
<li>Understand the golf swing and its impact on equipment fitting for players of all skill levels.</li>
<li>Provide direct support to the Experiential Manager and perform other duties as required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Knowledge and Skills Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Professional in appearance and conduct, representing the brand positively.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills, using professional language and good judgment when interacting with customers.</li>
<li>Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic with a high comfort level engaging with customers.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and cohesively with others to achieve goals.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with proven reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities daily.</li>
<li>High-level golf skills, knowledge, and terminology.</li>
<li>Proactive, assertive, and proficient at problem solving.</li>
<li>Empathetic and respectful toward customer and consumer needs.</li>
<li>Intermediate to high level computer skills required; proficiency in Excel, GC Quad, and Trackman.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of working knowledge of club fitting for golf professionals and public golfers.</li>
<li>PGA/PGM affiliation preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in the golf industry, retail, and/or education (e.g., PGM Program, Golf Academy).</li>
<li>Golf playing ability: 5 or better handicap required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Work Environment / Physical Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Office environment with considerable time standing/working outdoors on the range.</li>
<li>Substantial travel required; must be able to travel across Canada for in‑person training sessions (+30% traveling).</li>
<li>Flexibility in days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.</li>
