THE JOB
The Specialist, Digital Programs will play a key role in the ideation, creation, and daily execution of digital marketing projects, including email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and webinars. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will support B2B engagement and brand growth through hands-on management of email marketing, webinar setup, and ongoing optimization of digital programs. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dynamic content, deliver timely campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer experience across digital touchpoints.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, create, and deploy B2B email marketing campaigns, including daily tasks such as newsletters, promotional emails, and lifecycle marketing.
- Design and test content variations (subject lines, images, dynamic content) to maximize engagement and drive conversions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, segmentation, and deliverability to ensure flawless execution.
- Lead the setup and promotion of B2B webinars, from concept through execution, managing details like audience segmentation, email invitations, registration, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with speakers, content creators, and sales teams to deliver valuable and engaging webinars that align with business objectives.
- Develop post-webinar communications, such as thank-you emails, surveys, and on-demand content, to extend engagement and capture leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and create engaging content for digital campaigns, email newsletters, and webinars.
- Conduct market and audience research to tailor content themes and messaging that resonates with target B2B segments.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards, business goals, and customer journey touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, gathering insights to optimize future email and webinar programs.
- Report on KPIs, assess engagement levels, and adjust strategies based on audience responses.
- Conduct A/B testing on key elements (subject lines, content, timing) to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to ensure email and webinar programs are aligned with broader brand and product initiatives.
- Provide expertise and insights on digital best practices, supporting other teams in enhancing their own digital program strategies.
- Coordinate with brand management to ensure a consistent message across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
WHAT YOU BRING

They are customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where they can bring fresh ideas to email marketing and webinar initiatives. A proactive problem-solver, they are adaptable, data-driven, and committed to continuous improvement in digital program performance.
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in email marketing and webinar management.
- Ability to interpret campaign analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Understanding of B2B marketing best practices, audience segmentation, and digital program design.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Skill Sets:
Proficiency in email marketing platforms., D365, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar); working knowledge of HTML, CSS is beneficial.
Certifications in digital marketing or marketing automation are a plus.
