About the Role
As a Solution Engineer, you will design high voltage dry type air core reactors using proprietary software. You will communicate professionally with departments such as Order Offer Management, Manufacturing, and R&D to meet milestones and customer expectations.
Your Tasks
- Drive product quality and improvements to minimize costs and non-conformance.
- Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and contract requirements.
- Evaluate technical specifications, participate in risk reviews, and support the project lifecycle from sales to testing to meet KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvements regarding technical concepts, solutions, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- Passion for Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Magnetic and Electrical Circuits/Fields, Energy Transmission
- Data Analysis and software development skills are a plus
- Teamwork, Creative Thinking, Problem-Solving, Organized, Critical Thinking, Self-management, Professionalism, Willingness to learn
