<p><h3>Position Description</h3>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Solution Architecture Consultant to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role will define architectural standards, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives across multiple product initiatives.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work on high-functioning agile teams as the solution architecture consultant and participate in requirement design and architectural deliverables, as well as solving difficult problems with the team</li>
<li>Provide architectural guidance and leadership to teams and individuals, as appropriate</li>
<li>Give recommendations and creative alternatives to the business, work closely with the business development team, and work as a specialist to advise key partners on software development for a wide variety of business applications and projects</li>
<li>Understand and respect procedures and policies such as project management, configuration management, and version management</li>
<li>Build detailed architectures in line with the strategic and tactical objectives while respecting standard architectures and norms, draft and detail the structure, connections, and links with business processes, work groups, data, applications, user interfaces, application interfaces, infrastructures, and network topology</li>
<li>Be part of a dynamic organization that seeks to investigate new technologies, offering expertise, creativity, and a top-tier professional's point of view to the team, translate architectural decisions into general concepts, and review and create artifacts to ensure harmony with the global architecture</li>
<li>Stay current with technology trends, industry innovations, emerging best practices, acting as an advocate and champion for cutting‑edge technology</li>
<li>Attend conferences and participate in the local development community to bring modern and relevant solutions to our clients, be innovative and forward‑thinking when developing solutions</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.</li>
<li>Strong experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks (React or Angular).</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of backend technologies — .NET Core and/or Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.</li>
<li>Expertise in SQL Server and data modeling.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS), including storage solutions, compute resources, networking, and security best practices.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to deployment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.</li>
</ul>
