Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Architect Enterprise-Grade Solutions - Lead technical discovery and solution design for large-scale deployments, mapping business objectives to robust technical architectures.
  • Define integration strategies leveraging REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, event-driven patterns, and secure enterprise data flows.
  • Own Technical Success from Day One - Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure onboarding success and time-to-value goals are met.
  • Build proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference architectures that inspire confidence and accelerate adoption.
  • Be the Bridge Between Business & Engineering - Translate complex customer requirements into actionable specifications for Netomi's engineering and product teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor—educating both technical and non-technical stakeholders on best practices, trade-offs, and roadmap considerations.
  • Get Hands-On with Implementation - Configure the Netomi platform, connect to CRMs, contact centers, messaging platforms, and enterprise data systems.
  • Develop lightweight integration code and automation scripts when needed to unblock deployments.
  • Contribute to Product & Platform Evolution - Provide feedback to Product Management on feature gaps, customer needs, and emerging market demands.
  • Author high-quality solution documentation, reusable templates, and technical playbooks for internal and customer use.

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience & Skills - 7+ years in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integration architectures (REST, GraphQL, event-driven), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), contact center systems, and messaging APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both executives and engineers.
  • Mindset & Attributes - Customer-first problem solver with a bias for action.
  • Skilled at balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural vision.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communicator who can influence without authority and inspire trust across functions.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
