Are you passionate about social media and creating engaging content? A group of 8dental officesin downtown Toronto is looking for aSocial Media Managerto help grow and maintain their online presence!
What youll do in this role:
- Createorganic contentfor each dental office as well asgeneral contentacross all locations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, presenting key trends to team to drive strategy and gain support for innovative ideas that enhance patient care and practice growth
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals, boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and update posts onInstagram, FaceBook, and other social media platforms.
- Regularly visiteach office to capture photos, videos, and gather content ideas by interacting with staff and managers.
- Perform any additional tasks or assignments as required, related to social media, marketing, or enhancing customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Located downtown Torontoand willing to travel to all 8 dental offices (Corporate Uber provided)
- Strong understanding ofInstagram and FaceBookplatforms.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with office teams.
- Prior experience in social media management is a plus.
