We are currently recruiting Skilled Construction (Concrete) Laborers to assist our Formwork Carpenters in Saskatoon, SK This is an excellent way for the right candidate to start a career.
The successful candidate could move into a carpentry apprentice role after several years of experience.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist tower crane and hoist technicians with any duties they need help with
- Demo worksites and prepare them for new concrete pour or placemen
- Inventory counting and management
- Unloading and loading materials
- Cleanup and organization
- Degrease cranes and skips
- Perform maintenance
- Operate skid steer
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and work on weekends as required.
- Long term, steady, year-round work
- One paid 15 minute break and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day
- Combination of inside and outside work. Appropriate dress required.

- Willing to learn
- Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined, physically fit
Requirements
- WHMIS required
- CSTS or SCOT required
- Steel toe boots required
- Experience with concrete form setting or construction is required
- Reliable transportation
- Exposure to cold/hot weather. Appropriate dress required for weather conditions.
- Exposure to noise, dust, pollution
- Exposure to hazards such as heights, power tools, slips, falls, falling objects, sharp hand tools
- Ability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to lift between 11 and 25 kg.
