<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Greet delivery drivers, confirm load counts and paperwork, inspect for damage and coordinate offloading</li><li>Pull packing slips and print receiving documents, log in received materials and coordinate HOT board items for receivers</li><li>Electronically receive purchase orders</li><li>Perform all RDR and material question functions while receiving</li><li>Print bin check paperwork, coordinate deliveries to the shop</li><li>Create SS tags for receiving and transfer purposes</li><li>Scan in all relevant documents for electronic filing, upload and save pictures as necessary</li><li>React to all email inquiries</li><li>Perform year end administration receiving functions to support our Accounting and Finance departments during year end audits</li><li>Understand and follow instructions found on Propak commodity and task specific work instructions</li><li>Use of small hand tools, pallet jacks and hand dolly</li><li>Daily housekeeping tasks</li><li>Perform other warehouse tasks as required</li><li>Understand and participate in Safe Work Practices and Policies</li></ul><p><strong>Prerequisites </strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>High school diploma</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>Relevant warehouse experience</p><p>Oil and gas industry exposure is an asset</p><p>Experience working in a team with scheduled deadlines would be an asset</p><p>Administrative experience would be an asset</p><p>Competent computer skills and experience</p><p><strong>Other</strong></p><p>As a condition of employment, employees are required upon hire to sign a Drug-Free Workplace Agreement, a Conflict-of-Interest Agreement, and Confidentiality and Invention Agreement.</p><p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities</strong></p><p>Attention to detail</p><p>Reliability</p><p>Ability to multi-task</p><p>Work in a team and independently</p><p>Lift up to 50 lbs.</p><p>Ability to work in fast paced and high-pressure environment</p><p><strong>Relationships </strong></p><p><strong>Internal</strong></p><p>Administration staff – communicate questions or issues with materials being received</p><p>Warehouse staff – this position will often cross train with other roles within the warehouse, and will work on special projects within the warehouse space with other warehouse staff members as well</p><p>Shop Foremen – at times, shop representatives may be in the warehouse to relay messages of relevance to the receiving process, or to help in understanding certain details of material being inspected.</p><p>Quality Control Material Inspectors – receivers will regularly interact with QC staff to ensure materials are meeting all requirements</p><p>Engineering</p><p>Accounting and Finance</p><p><strong>External</strong></p><p>Delivery Drivers</p><p>Vendor Representatives</p><p>Contractors and visitors</p><p><strong>Authority Level</strong></p><p>N/A</p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p><strong>Specific Work Conditions</strong></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
