Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in Toronto, Ontario.
This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.

Job Type: Long Term Contract
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform customization.
- Proven expertise in greenfield implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and ITSM Pro modules.
- Skilled in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that align with complex business requirements.
- Provide expert technical consultation on leveraging ServiceNow best practices for scalable and maintainable implementations.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical implementation strategies and architecture.
- Strong implementation experience across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM Pro, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), Flow Designer, workflows, and Virtual Agent.
- Familiar with data migration from platforms such as BMC Remedy or Symphony Summit to ServiceNow.
- Solid experience working with CMDB, ensuring accurate configuration data and relationships.
- Proficient in configuring and managing SLAs and Service Level Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Agent Workspace for enhanced user experience.
- Led ServiceNow support and development teams-handling configurations, feature development, issue resolution, and code reviews.
- Worked closely with project managers to oversee technical progress on implementations and ongoing maintenance.
- Designed technical solutions with detailed documentation and specifications.
- Acted as a strategic thought leader, influencing scalable solution designs and platform strategies.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and business value.
- Focused on platform performance and stability, ensuring new developments do not degrade performance; used Instance Observer for monitoring.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and fast-paced project environments.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Must have)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
