Our client a reputable company is searching for an experienced field service operations professional to support and elevate the performance of a mobile service and fleet-based team.
This role is highly hands-on and field-oriented, focused on improving technician effectiveness, service quality, and operational consistency through coaching, performance oversight, and structured support. The successful candidate will work closely with field teams to reinforce best practices, drive accountability, and support onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide field-based leadership, coaching, and performance support to a fleet service team
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of field technicians
- Monitor operational metrics and reinforce service standards, documentation quality, and customer experience
- Assist with escalated service issues and high-demand periods
- Collaborate with internal teams to align field execution with operational goals
Requirements
- Proven experience within the field service industry, with a strong performance track record
- Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and prioritize across multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused leadership style
- Solid experience supporting or managing field service operations and mobile teams
