What You’ll Be Doing:
-Overseeing daily workshop operations to keep everything running smoothly and on time
-Leading a team of technicians, providing support and direction
-Ensuring high-quality service in line with manufacturer standards
-Working with the Service Manager to hit performance goals
-Offering hands-on help and technical guidance when needed
-Making sure customers receive great service every time
-Confirming that all work is completed properly and meets expectations
