As a Service Greeter, a typical day might include the following:
- Welcoming guests in the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer customers inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- Maintain a clean and safe service drive-thru area, free of water and snow
- Build a strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
- Perform other duties as required/requested by management
This job might be right for you if you have:
- A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
- A high level of motivation, energy and strong customer service skills
