The successful candidate will play a KEY role in contributing to our guest satisfaction.<br><br>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Deliver an excellent guest experience ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of our menu, take orders efficiently, describe daily specials, and upsell.</li><li>Follow Smartserve guidelines for responsible alcohol service.</li><li>Must be team-oriented and communicate well with other staff as well as the management team.</li><li>Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program.</li></ul>
<br>Experience & Key Attributes<ul><li>Minimum of one year of experience serving or bartending (preferred).</li><li>Must have Smartserve.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.</li></ul>
