Server Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests.
- Assist servers in expediting guests' meal and drink orders.
- Provide a positive atmosphere.
- Attends to guests' needs and requests.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and can take direction
- Works well in a team environment
- Can handle a fast-paced and demanding environment
