Job Description
Insight Global is searching for an SEO Content Coordinator to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto. This is starting as a 12 month contract, requires the successful individual to be on site 2x/week downtown Toronto. The SEO Content Coordinator will be an organized, self-starter that has working experience in SEO content writing and has a passion for the industry.
Content Editor (50%):
- Facilitating communication between team and vendor for content creation
- Reviewing draft material and ensuring proper business tone, aligning to business best practices and ensuring alignment with provided content outline
- Manage preliminary feedback with vendor based on review
- Manage and address feedback generated by internal stakeholders
- Create CRO or A/B testing copy for team roadmap initiatives
Listing Management (10%):
- Manages local listing updates, additions and deletions across Google My Business/ Google Business Profile
- Supports troubleshooting investigations and communicates with stakeholders to resolution
SEO (30%):
- Supports business initiatives by providing SEO best practices and recommendations on Line of Business (LOB) portfolio
- Provides supporting research information in support of business projects for LOB portfolio – Supporting business deliverables by providing regular touchpoints with stakeholders and managing timeline expectations
- Supports collective team in research and website optimization needs, including; keyword research, schema markup creation, JIRA ticket creation, SEO QA support and competitive content structure research
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of hands on experience with content editing
- 1+ years of experience directly communicating with executive level stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience applying SEO best practices and completing website optimization (keyword research, scheme markup creation, SEO QA)
- A passion for search and content
