KCB is looking for someone in Eastern Canada with more than 8 years of Water Resources experience , interested in taking a leadership role in the development of a water management team to support tailings dam designs and work with our clients to achieve their objectives.


We are specifically looking for someone who has:
collaborated within multi-disciplinary project teams for the delivery of construction projects;
led teams focused on water management;
positively impacted designs that span concept to closure;
developed and mentored others in construction management and quality assurance;
delivered high-quality hydrotechnical services;
guided others in the application of critical thinking; and
built and sustained excellent client relationships

What we require:
We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. We do however require the following qualifications:
A degree in civil engineering, with a track record of continued development
At least ten years’ civil design experience related to surface water controls for mining projects
You must be eligible to register as professional engineer in Canada
Experience in slope stability and seepage analysis; dam design; earthworks and construction
An ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary project-based teams
Experince in a safety focused environment with near miss and incident reporting requirements
