• Prepare compilation (Notice to Reader) files and investment write-ups
• Prepare and complete high quality working papers for review and audit engagements in an independent manner
• Prepare personal (T1), trust (T3) and corporate (T2) income tax returns
• Perform any other related duties

• 2-3 years of experience in public practice with preference given to applicants who have passed CFE
• Through understanding of GAAP/GAAS concepts and workflow in assurance files
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an efficient manner
• Collaborative and proactive team player
• Good working knowledge of Caseware and Taxprep.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
