This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO beyond rankings—focusing on traffic quality, conversions, and measurable business outcomes.<br></p><p>You will work closely with content, web, and paid media teams, while also mentoring junior SEO team members and contributing to process improvements.<br></p> <hr><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></h2><ul><li><p>Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for client accounts<br></p></li> <li><p>Perform advanced keyword research and search intent analysis<br></p></li> <li><p>Lead on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization initiatives<br></p></li> <li><p>Conduct technical audits (site structure, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability)<br></p></li> <li><p>Plan and oversee link-building and authority-building strategies<br></p></li> <li><p>Analyze SEO performance and provide actionable insights<br></p></li> <li><p>Prepare and present detailed SEO reports to clients or internal teams<br></p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers<br></p></li> <li><p>Guide and mentor junior SEO executives and interns<br></p></li> <li><p>Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices<br></p></li> </ul>
<br> <br><h3>Requirements</h3><h2><b>Requirements</b><br></h2><ul><li><p>3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)<br></p></li> <li><p>Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO<br></p></li> <li><p>Proven experience working with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar<br></p></li> <li><p>Experience with SEO for service-based and lead-generation businesses<br></p></li> <li><p>Good knowledge of content optimization and search intent mapping<br></p></li> <li><p>Strong analytical and reporting skills<br></p></li> <li><p>Excellent communication and time-management skills<br></p></li> <li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines<br></p></li> </ul>
