You Will:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process through to offer
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms
- Manage candidate database via our ATS
- Effectively manage the expectations of both client and candidate
You Have:
- 5+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a recruitment agency
- IT / Software Development / Technical permanent recruiting (preference)
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the various recruitment tools
- Understanding of technical and non-technical requirements
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Sales experience (Preferable)
