About The Role
As a CBRE Property Management Sr. Manager, you will supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios of properties.
What You’ll Do
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee hiring.
- Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach.
- Respond to high‑profile tenant needs and issues.
- Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure objectives are met. Prepare and deliver reports.
- Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports with variance explanations.
- Help create advanced programs for emergency recoveries.
- Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
- Review tenant rent and common area maintenance charges to ensure timely payment.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience; experience and education combination considered.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complex information and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team toward operational targets across disciplines.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Extensive organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
